Neema is a Tanzanian/English professional dancer originally from the North East of England and now currently based in Leeds. Neema started dancing with Dandyism in the Spring of 2021 after completing her dance training at Northern School of Contemporary Dance. She trained in ballet from a young age. Neema’s unique style is influenced both by western and afro movement which enables her to combine and fuse various styles, creating a movement language that is individual and distinctive.
