The Experience
Amid the rush of the day, find a moment to pause, play, and reconnect. Three vibrant, site-specific environments—each infused with Hiromi Tango's signature rainbow aesthetic—invite you to explore pathways toward well-being. These installations are designed to spark joy, movement, and reflection, reminding us that mental health is an active, creative practice.
Internationally acclaimed artist Hiromi Tango brings her transformative vision to Toronto for the first time in North America. Drawing from her extensive body of work, these environments feature designs uniquely inspired by Toronto's striking glass towers and dynamic energy, offering spaces of color, playfulness, and mindfulness. In collaboration with neuroscientist Dr. Emma Burrows, Tango transforms the rainbow into more than just a symbol—it becomes a practice, nurturing the most valuable space we own: the one square foot between our ears.

Jaybird is about experiencing the present moment. Step into an immersive sanctuary of light and colour—and treat yourself to a rejuvenating evening of mindful movement. Guided by yoga teacher and artist Bareket, this practice is designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and cultivate inner spaciousness.
Each session offers a grounding flow that weaves together breathwork, sun salutations, balancing postures, and restorative rest. Through slow, intentional movement, you’ll explore how presence and playfulness can support mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of connection.
Inspired by the vibrant energy of Rainbow Dreams, this class invites you to turn inward while feeling held by the surrounding art—reminding us that healing is a creative process. As we move and breathe together, we remember that healing happens in community, when we share space with care and compassion.
Suitable for all levels, with options to modify throughout, these sessions are an open invitation to pause, reflect, and let your colours shine from within. DRESS CODE – Rainbows, of course!
