Bareket Kezwer
Bareket is a yoga teacher, community arts facilitator, and multidisciplinary artist whose practice bridges mindfulness, creativity, and healing. After two decades of personal practice, they began teaching yoga in 2024, sharing a gentle, joyful approach that blends self-compassion with playfulness.
Their classes offer a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with the body, the breath, and the present moment. Emphasizing accessible and adaptable movement, Bareket invites students of all experience levels to move with curiosity and find their own inner alignment. Drawing from their personal journey with yoga, meditation, and art-making as tools for nervous system regulation and emotional well-being, they create welcoming spaces where mindful movement becomes a path to thrive in all aspects of life. Their teaching is rooted in the belief that healing is not only possible, but deepened when nurtured in community.
As part of Rainbow Dreams, Bareket is honoured to guide movement sessions where yoga becomes a creative mental health practice: one that fosters reflection, nurtures resilience, builds strength, and gently brings us home to ourselves.
